AFRO TRAINING with DOUDOU

An Afro Training dance class combines fitness, African dance and muscle strengthening. Here is a general description:


How an Afro Training session works


1. Warm-up (10-15 min)


Dynamic movements to activate the muscles.


Cardio work with rhythmic Afro steps.


Stretching to prepare the body.


2. Cardio dance block (20-30 min)


Learning choreographies inspired by African dances (Afrobeat, Ndombolo, Coupé-Décalé, etc.).


Fast and rhythmic steps to stimulate the cardio.


The emphasis is on energy, fluidity and connection to the rhythm.


3. Muscle strengthening (15-20 min)


Exercises based on dance movements (squats, lunges, core strengthening).


Abdominal, thigh and arm workouts while staying in the Afro spirit.


4. Cool down (5-10 min)


Stretching to relax muscles and avoid aches and pains.


Relaxation time with soft Afro music.


Ambiance


Dynamic music: Modern and traditional Afro sounds that motivate.


Community spirit: Collective energy and kindness.


Accessibility: Suitable for all levels (beginners and advanced).
