How an Afro Training session works
1. Warm-up (10-15 min)
Dynamic movements to activate the muscles.
Cardio work with rhythmic Afro steps.
Stretching to prepare the body.
2. Cardio dance block (20-30 min)
Learning choreographies inspired by African dances (Afrobeat, Ndombolo, Coupé-Décalé, etc.).

3. Muscle strengthening (15-20 min)
Exercises based on dance movements (squats, lunges, core strengthening).

Stretching to relax muscles and avoid aches and pains.
Relaxation time with soft Afro music.
